Our Ingredients

Silver Creek Sourdough endeavours to use local and organic produce for all of our ingredients.

A simple combination of flour, salt and water (along with a few added tasty extras such as herbs, grains, fruit and honey) are used to create the delicious and nutritious Silver Creek Sourdough range of bread.

Each batch of bread takes 3 days to create.

  • No bread improver

  • No additives or preservatives

  • No sourdough flavouring agents

Tabletop Dried Fruit, Tabletop NSW 

These truly are the most spectacular sultanas you can eat. Naturally dried, they are plump and add a beautiful gem of sweetness to the Spiced Sultana Sourdough.

Pepo Farms, Ovens VIC 

The only Australian pumpkin seed producers in the country happen to be located just 30 minutes from our bakery so we had to come up with the Seeded Sourdough loaf. The loaf also contains their Australian sunflower seeds and linseeds from Mirfak.

Mirfak Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business situated in Benalla, just 1 hour from our bakery. We use their Australian linseed and linseed meal in our Seeded Sourdough loaf.
